These terms explain the general conditions that may apply when Soft Hive Digital provides creative, design, development or digital services. Project-specific commercial terms should be confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement.

1. Scope Of Services
The services, deliverables, timeline, revision stages and fees for a project should be defined in the approved proposal, estimate, statement of work or written project confirmation. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate or schedule adjustment.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing timely feedback, accurate information, required access and content or approvals needed to complete the project. Delays in these inputs may affect the planned delivery date.
3. Payments
Invoices, deposits and payment milestones should follow the commercial terms agreed for the project. Work may be paused where an invoice is overdue, subject to the terms confirmed in the project agreement.
4. Revisions And Approvals
Revision rounds should be handled at the agreed project stages. Approval of a stage may be treated as authorisation to proceed to the next stage. Major changes after approval can require additional time or cost.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership or licensing of final deliverables should be transferred as described in the project agreement once all applicable fees are paid. Third-party assets, fonts, software, stock media or services remain subject to their own licence terms.
6. Portfolio Use
Unless confidentiality or another written restriction applies, Soft Hive Digital may request permission to reference completed work in its portfolio and marketing. Project-specific confidentiality commitments take priority.
7. Third-party Services
Websites can rely on hosting, domains, analytics, plugins, payment processors or other providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability, and their fees may be separate from the project fee.
8. Liability
Any limitation of liability, warranties or indemnities should be defined by the final signed agreement and applicable law. This website page is a general template and should be reviewed for the jurisdiction in which the business operates.
